Kevin T. Anderson is the General Partner and Co-Founder of Anderson & Charles CPAs, LLP, a firm renowned for its expertise in tax planning, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and accounting services. Kevin’s journey began at Swarthmore College, where he earned dual degrees in Economics and History, demonstrating both a sharp analytical mindset and a deep appreciation for the socio-economic factors that shape industries.​

After completing his undergraduate studies, Kevin launched his career at SEI, where he excelled as a Fund Accountant, managing intricate portfolios and gaining invaluable insight into fund management. His pursuit of
mastery in accounting led him to earn a Master's in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, further refining his financial expertise. In his subsequent role as Senior Fund Accountant at SS&C Technologies, Kevin demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing multiple funds with precision, all while delivering outstanding results to institutional clients. His success in these demanding roles laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial drive.​

With a commitment to innovation, Kevin co-founded Anderson & Charles CPAs, LLP, a firm built from the ground up. His hands-on approach extended to building the firm’s infrastructure, including personally developing the website and spearheading client acquisition through genuine, relationship-focused interactions.

Joadens J. Charles, CPA

Joadens J. Charles is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Anderson & Charles CPAs, LLP. Joadens began his academic journey at The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned both his Undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Accounting, laying a strong foundation for his financial acumen and strategic insight. ​

Joadens launched his professional career at Ernst & Young (EY), one of the "Big Four" accounting firms, where he quickly made an impact in the Financial Services sector. At EY, he developed a deep understanding of complex financial systems, regulatory compliance, and high-level client management. His skills and dedication saw him
rise to the role of Senior Associate, where he led teams and played a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial solutions to major clients.
Seeking new challenges, Joadens joined Medical Guardian as a Senior Accountant, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis, and compliance and regulatory reporting. This role allowed him to refine his skills in corporate finance and operations, further broadening his expertise in the accounting field.

During his time at Medical Guardian, Joadens’ entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Anderson & Charles CPAs, LLP alongside Kevin T. Anderson. Together, they built the firm from the ground up, driven by a shared vision of providing innovative, client-focused financial solutions. Joadens' approach combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of client needs.
